Villa Lucia is very modern house which can accommodate 6 people. The house consists of modern equipped living room, three separated bedrooms, kitchen with dining room and two bathrooms. In addition to standard equipped kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms has a double, while the third has two single beds. Also, villa Lucia is equipped with barbecue, wifi internet, TV, air conditioning and all things, necessary for pleasant staying. The house is very bright, has a big balcony and you will enjoy in fantastic view to the sea.

Booking conditions
From the booking date until 61 days before check-in, cancellation would have a penalty of 25% of the total price of the rent.

Additional notes
- The agency asks you to contact them a week before arrival to inform them of your plane/ship Nº and the arrival time to arrange key collection.
- Refund of security deposit by cash the departure day, if not possible by transfer bank
- Refund of security deposit hand delivered on the departure day
- VAT included in the accommodation price
- Late arrivals: Make arrangements for late arrival with the destination agency. The total amount of the booking must be paid locally upon arrival.
